Pastor Billy G. Jenkins Jr. was the keynote speaker at the Martin Luther King Day celebration at St. Monica’s Catholic Church Monday. In 2000, Jenkins was awarded the Whitney M Young Jr. award by the University of Louisville for his commitment to social justice.
